Cost of Shipping

The short of it is that honey is heavy. To cover the cost of shipping expenses Fain's ships all of our orders using flat rate boxes. This means that we will pack your shipment in the cheapest box possible, based on how much you have ordered.

Small flat rate box or Padded Envelope ($8.80) can hold up to:

8 2oz baby honey bears

1 1# plastic honey squeeze

1 Brushfire Honey

4 Beeswax Soaps

Medium flat rate boxes ($14.75) can hold up to: 8 12 oz jars of spreads or honey

3 3 lbs jars of honey

A mixture of any of the above

1 gift pack

Large flat rate boxes ($19.90) can hold up to: 12 12 oz jars of spreads or honey

4 3 lbs jars of honey

A mixture of any of the above

Larger orders are a case by case situation.

Holiday Shipping

Ordering holiday gifts? Fain’s Honey follows USPS pick-up schedules for holidays. Fain’s Honey cannot guarantee a delivery date. Fain’s Honey strives to get orders out as soon as possible. Orders will be filled as they are received, and sent out as quickly as product supplies allow. Holiday orders placed 10 business days before the holiday are guaranteed to ship out no later than 5 business days after the order is received. Holiday orders placed 5 business days before the holiday cannot be guaranteed to ship out before the holiday due to demand and USPS Ground pick-up schedules.

Refund and Replace Policy

ALL SALES FINAL – NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Refunds or replacements can be issued up to 30 days after the shipping date of your order.
There are no refunds or replacements on crystallized honey. (Please see our Honey FAQ page)
Refunds or replacements are issued for but are not limited to damaged items, incorrect items, or missing items.
Refunds or replacements are only issued for orders placed with fainshoney.com. Purchases made from entities other than Fain’s Honey are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Please contact the retailer where the Fain’s Honey item was purchased and inquire about their policies.
Please send an email to fainshoney2@gmail.com with your order # included in the subject line.
If requesting a refund or replacement for damaged items received, please include photos of the outside of your package (as it was received) and the products inside (as they were received) that were damaged. After receiving and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your replacement or refund request.
Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
We will notify you by email when your refund or replacement has been processed.
